What is included in the per supplier cost?
The per supplier cost is the total programme cost for all the core elements spread across the Snapshot bundle number. This is a good way to help compare products and support you in making informed decisions.
How many Snapshot licences do I need?
This does depend on the number of businesses in your supply chain. The Snapshot product can work with any size of business but our product has been specifically designed to help SMEs with their reporting needs.
How many times should I use Snapshot to capture data?
We would recommend capturing your baseline data from your supplier, reviewing the data in your Zellar Dashboard and then planning some targeted interventions. This is where a second Snapshot comes in, so you can assess the impact.
Can I buy more snapshot bundles?
Absolutely. We sell packages of various sizes in units of 50. In year 1 of your licence these are £20 per Snapshot and in year two there are options that come bundled with your further years Zellar BI Dashboard licence.
Can I buy Snapshots without a Zellar BI licence?
No, as you need to have the Zellar BI licence to view the data you have captured.
What happens if I don’t use all the bundles I buy?
Bundles you buy in one year can carry over to the next. We will keep track of this and keep you up to date on licence use.
Why do per supplier prices come down in year 2?
The time and services used to support the set up and initial engagement with your suppliers are a one-off cost, so the per supplier fees drop from year 2.
Can I buy additional services after set up?
Absolutely. We can help from engagement through to bespoke data capture needs at any time.
